Step 1 - Login to your Okta account

If you are not already logged in, follow these instructions to log into your Okta account (login.iowa.gov).

Step 2 - Install the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone or install Authenticator on your workstation

Search for Google Authenticator in the App Store for an Apple device or the Google Play Store for an Android device.

Search for Google Authenticator in the Chrome Webstore on your workstation.

Step 3 - Enroll your smartphone

Follow these instructions to add Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by linking the Google Authenticator App (smartphone) with your Okta account (login.iowa.gov).
